1 package dry active yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 quarter cup hot water
mix, wait 10 minutes

1 teaspoon salt
1 spoon olive oil 
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup flower
mix
1 cup flower
mix
add enough flower to dry it up (less than 1 cup)

olive oil in bowl
cover with towel
leave for 30 minutes
take out
beat it up
put it back in bowl for 30 minutes
